Challenge: MedLock makes compliant, premium cannabis packaging — but in a crowded, tightly-regulated market, great products weren't enough. They needed to stand out on the shelf and at the show, and turn trade-show interest into a real pipeline, without building a full in-house marketing team.

Solution/results: Ad-Wise embedded as MedLock's marketing team across all three pods. The Content Pod built the engine — product photography and AI creative, the "Wouldn't You Know" compliance podcast (six episodes), explainer video, the Bubble Head Jar and EcoPure postcards. The Lead Pod built and enriched 3,400+ verified LP, procurement, and influencer contacts. The Outreach Pod ran it to market — email sequences holding 46–76% open rates, founder-led LinkedIn, and a CA$1,300 Grow Up Toronto paid campaign. The "Not a Render." pre-show campaign alone drove 14,517 LinkedIn impressions and 781 email clicks in a single month, landing MedLock at Booth #609 with meetings already in motion.
